Two brothers are American scientists and Nicholas Eckellberry Eckellberry Riggs (co-founded the company in Los Angeles OriginOil) today announced the cultured algae to move into clean energy at low costs.

In the next few years will OriginOil launched bio-oils extracted from algae, can replace oil in many cases. Machine manufacturing biodiesel called Helix BioReactor include a ventilation tube in the middle depending on the size of the tank capacity. Will return the core clockwise and use light energy to stimulate growth of algae sticking around. Then oil is extracted from the cells of this species without chemical intermediate.
- Mr. Hiroyuki Konuma, Deputy Director represents the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Asia and the Pacific said that the world is on an interest than to the benefits of bioenergy.

As he said the world has about 14 million ha, accounting for 1% of arable land, are used for the production of bioenergy and the area can be increased to 3.5% or more in the near future. Moreover, he asserted: "During the rush to biofuels, the FAO is calling for countries to adopt policies to protect soil, water, forests and guide development of bioenergy in navigation safety and sustainability.

FAO said, officials from the countries of the Mekong (GMS) has come to an agreement during the meeting to conduct the effort to change the image of rural areas in these countries in some years, especially the issues of agriculture, environment and energy.

Whether the project indicate that bioenergy produced from biological materials can meet 25% of global energy demand to 2050, but development and use of bioenergy became the focus of international importance, has created huge public interest as well as many disputes arising fierce. Expansion of bioenergy could seriously affect food production if the new technology and efficiency are not developed to cater for bioenergy production and food, Director ADB Director Urooj Malik said.

While the formation of bio-fuels industry in the GMS could generate income and jobs at the same time meet the energy needs of the area, the other hand, he also warned of the risk to could affect production on large scale farming and the application will reduce to biological diversity of the environment, causing soil erosion and reduce the amount of nutrition. The GMS officials have said that this area has the potential to become a place of bioenergy production on the big world, but also a lot of work to obtain the objectives. To achieve that, six countries will take action on two fronts: draft plan for national and sub-regional bioenergy and prepare strategies to develop biofuels with nature rather world.
